I help restaurants, particularly in the SMB (small to medium) category. They can’t always afford a full time CFO, F&B Director etc. I bring vast, interdisciplinary experience and problem solving to smaller companies.

I don’t want to work 60+ hours anymore. It’s a great industry but at this point in my life I don’t want to be tied directly to a store and don’t have the purse to be investing/speculating.

If it seems a little disorganized, the honest truth is that, this is my life right now. I live between Chicago & Lima, want to publish a cookbook, refine my writing and continue helping SMB Restaurants. So ignore what doesn’t interest you.
